Learn how to connect your business to oneGov

Connecting your business or organization with oneGov enables you to access various government services specifically offered to businesses. By connecting, you can seamlessly switch between your personal and business profiles on oneGov, allowing you to apply for business-only services using your business profile.

Please note that only business profiles are eligible to apply for services offered to businesses. If you have a personal profile only, you cannot apply for business services. In such cases, you will be prompted to apply using a business profile. Follow the guide below to learn how to connect a business profile to your oneGov account.

Step 1: Go to the oneGov Website

Enter the oneGov address, one.gov.mv, into your browser’s address bar and navigate to the site.

Step 2: Sign In to your oneGov Account

You’ll need to sign in to your oneGov account to proceed. For help, refer to our “How to Sign In to oneGov” guide or video.

Step 3: Navigate to Your Profile

Your profile is at the upper right corner of the home page

Once signed in, click on the profile icon on the oneGov homepage, located in the upper right corner.

Step 4: Initiate the Connection Process

Press ‘Connect’ to initiate the process

Find and click on the “Connect” option to begin connecting your business or organization.

Step 5: Grant Permission

Read and understand the permissions, then click “Connect Now” to grant oneGov access to your Business Profile Information.

Confirmation

A confirmation message should appear, signifying that your business is now connected to oneGov.
