Step 1: Sign In to Your oneGov Account

Step 2: Access Your Profile

From the oneGov homepage, click “Profile,” followed by “Manage your oneGov ID .”

Step 3: Select the Business Profile

Click ‘My Profile’ to see available options

On oneGov ID section, click “My Profile” and then select the business you want to delegate.

Step 4: Invite to Access

Select ‘Delegate to Access’ from the side menu. Next, click on ‘Invite to Access’ and provide the necessary details for the individual to whom you wish to grant access.

Step 5: Verification

Click “Verify,” and you would be prompted to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) for additional security. Enter the OTP and click “Save.”

Step 6: Manage Delegated Profiles

All the profiles you’ve delegated to will appear here

You will see all the invited profiles and have the ability to manage their access. You may remove access at any time by clicking the Bin icon.
