Press Release: Introducing oneGov — A New Way to Experience Public Service in the Maldives

Today marks an important milestone in the Maldives’ journey towards modernized public services.
We are honoured to unveil oneGov, a modern digital platform that seamlessly integrates government services, facilitating effortless interactions between the citizens and the government of Maldives.
oneGov exemplifies the unwavering commitment and dedication of the Government of Maldives to harness modern technology in the transformation and enhancement of public services. oneGov is launched today with 112 services from 6 government entities. We are pleased to announce additional government entities have committed to join and offer their services through oneGov in the near future.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the initial participating entities for their collaboration.

Noteworthy Features of oneGov
Unified Access: oneGov centralizes an array of services for multiple government agencies, enabling users to apply for services through one platform.
Efficiency and Time-saving: oneGov significantly reduces the time taken to access and apply for government services by eliminating physical visits and navigating through various websites.

Additionally, oneGov is launched with a dedicated back office system called oneGov Workplace, a comprehensive suite of tools tailor-made to efficiently manage and deliver public services in the Maldives.
With the introduction of a new way of accessing public services, we realize the importance of support and assistance for the public. oneGov offers support through the following channels.
Phone Support: For call assistance, dial 1500.
Walk-in Support: Visit our support centers in Male City, Addu City, and Fuvahmulah City for in-person assistance.
Digital Support: For online assistance, utilize the support form on the oneGov website, or engage with us through live chat.
Service Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
