How to Sign in to oneGov
Your Guide to Accessing oneGov with eFaas

To access oneGov’s services, your need an eFaas account. Don’t have one or unsure about it? This guide will show you how to make an eFaas account and log in to oneGov using it.

Initiating the Process
Step 1: Launch Your Web Browser
Open the browser you frequently use, such as Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or any other available option.
Step 2: Go to the oneGov Portal
Enter the following URL into your browser’s address bar: one.gov.mv and press ‘Enter’. This will direct you to the oneGov homepage.
Step 3: Access the Sign-In Page
Once on the oneGov homepage, locate and select the “Sign In” button.

Step 4: Select eFaas as Your Sign-in Method
From the sign-in screen, click “Sign in with eFaas.”
Step 5: Register for an eFaas Account (If Required)
If you don’t have an eFaas account, you need to register. Open a new browser tab and navigate to efaas.egov.mv to initiate the registration process.

Step 6: Enter Your eFaas Credentials
After registering your eFaas account, return to the oneGov sign-in page. Here, type your eFaas username and associated password.

Step 7: Authenticate Using OTP
After providing your eFaas credentials, you will have to request for a One Time Password (OTP) via SMS or and Email. Enter the OTP as prompted and select “Continue.”

Step 8: Grant oneGov Access to eFaas Data
You will receive a prompt requesting permission for oneGov to access your eFaas data. Click on “Allow access” to continue.

Step 9: Allow oneGov to Create an Account ID
For a comprehensive service experience on oneGov, you must allow the platform to create a oneGov account ID on your behalf. When prompted, click “Allow.”
When you complete the above steps, you’ll be logged into oneGov with your eFaas account
